For the month of June, I am running a self care challenge here at Small Things Mom. I have found a world of positivity from doing small things for myself throughout the day. It’s nice to help build your self worth and confidence. My children and husband have seen my growth throughout this process and we are a stronger family unit now.
Many times in this day and age, we feel we don’t have enough time to accomplish everything we need to accomplish, let alone make extra time for ourselves.. Mom’s have it equally as hard because they care for their kids on top of themselves. Some care for other family members as well. It can get easy to forget yourself.
BUT it doesn’t take a TON of time to make yourself feel better. So I am giving you this 30 day challenge. It consists of 30 small things that you can do daily to make yourself feel more positive and less stressed.
